This form of fishing uses man-made bait instead of the usual worms and insects. This bait or ‘fly’ is made with plastic, foam. yarn or something else and is meant to create a somewhat similar form of the insects in the area. * Streamers and buck tail flies- focus on catching bigger fish by copying the movements of smaller fish. Streamers are tied with feathers wheras buck tails with hair, thats about much their difference. One of the hardest forms of fishing since it needs quite an amout of skill and rod manipulation.

Other fly fishing methods employ one or more of the above methods. Making sure that the flies copy fish’s food movements is very important. Experts are finding more ways for flies to be effective for catching other kinds of fish aside from the usual Trout and Salmon.

Be it salt or fresh water, fly fishing is proving to be a very widespread method of fishing mostly because of its effectivity.
